​Our journey started over 10 years ago with a shared love for good food, great coffee, and warm, welcoming spaces. Since then, we’ve built a small group of independent cafés in the Loughborough area, where our cookies have earned something of a cult following. We know the joy of a perfectly baked cookie, still warm from the oven, and we’ve seen first-hand how it can brighten someone’s day.

Cookie Machine was borne out of that experience - and the challenges that come with it. Like many hospitality businesses, we wanted to offer high-quality bakes without the inconsistency, waste, or stress of baking from scratch every day. So we developed our own frozen, pre-portioned dough that gives our teams total flexibility and consistently brilliant results. It worked so well, we knew we had to share it.

Now, we supply that same cookie dough to cafés, coffee shops, student unions, and venues across the UK. Our mission is simple: to help you serve amazing cookies - fresh from the oven, whenever you need them — with zero fuss.
