This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to wholesale customers purchasing frozen cookie dough from us through our wholesale portal.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage in transit, incorrect items, or product quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@cookiemachine.co.uk.

 

We may ask for:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

  • Your order number

Refunds or Replacements

We will review each case individually and may offer:

  • A replacement order

  • A partial or full refund

  • A credit toward your next order

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless a product is faulty or damaged.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We may not be able to process cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
