Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy outlines how we handle the shipping and delivery of our frozen cookie dough products for wholesale customers.
Delivery Area
We deliver to business addresses within the UK via our own insulated van service. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made once per week, with your delivery day and time confirmed during account setup. We do not currently anticipate delays, and delivery windows will be reliably communicated.
Delivery Method
All products are delivered in a temperature-controlled, insulated van to maintain product integrity. Goods remain frozen throughout transit.
Receiving Your Delivery
You must provide a 24-hour contact number to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the agreed delivery time.
Storage Instructions
All products must be stored in a freezer immediately upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for products that are not properly stored after delivery.
Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting contact@cookiemachine.co.uk. Where relevant, we may ask for photos and your order reference to help resolve the issue quickly.
